自2020年3月數次新冠肺炎疫情爆發以來，澳洲的醫療系統通過整合醫療資源及改變醫療服務模式，解決了人力短缺的問題，使得在對抗疫情的同時，也能儘量維持其他基礎醫療服務的正常運行，這些經驗和方法可以在後疫情時代常規和緊急醫療服務中繼續使用。澳洲對疫情的應對反映出澳洲醫療系統的優勢和弱勢，應對經驗可以為其他國家和地區提供借鑒。

Australian Healthcare system has witnessed several waves of COVID-19 surge since March 2020. Faced with workforce shortage the health system managed to integrate medical resources available and innovate previous healthcare models to maintain its services while curbing the epidemic. The experience and strategies gained during the COVID-10 epidemic can be applied during routine and emergent health care practices post- pandemic period. Australian experiences would have implications for other countries and regions when they combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
