隨著資訊科技發展，醫療照護產業已逐漸被跨領域應用而改變傳統樣貌。由於護理專業發展需要面對著不斷轉變的醫療衛生環境，護理人員被期望能具備處理臨床記錄相關資訊之能力。面對澳門智慧醫療的建立，資訊護理人才培育是未來的發展趨勢。本文旨在歸納國際資訊護理發展情況，為澳門護理教育改革提供參考依據，以及使澳門護理人員對資訊護理領域有進一步認識，從而推進資訊護理在澳門的發展。

With the development of information technology, the traditional medical care industry is gradually replaced by interdisciplinary application. Nowadays, nursing staffs are expected to have the basic ability to handle clinical records and care-related information systems. Facing the accelerated establishment of smart medical system in Macao, the trend is to cultivate talent in informatics nursing. This article aims to summarize the development of international informatics nursing and provide a reference for the reformation of nursing education in Macao. As a result, the article contributes to enhancing knowledge of informatics nursing among the nursing profession and thereby promoting the growth of informatics nursing in Macao.
