目的：估算澳門失智症患病率和發病率並分析其發展趨勢，為澳門失智症防治政策制定做參考。方法：基於國際失智症協會2015年發表的失智症患病率、發病率統計模型，套用澳門2016年中期人口結構，並根據澳門2019年年終人口數據，推算出澳門失智症患病例數和新發病例數。結果：推算得出澳門60歲及以上人口中失智症患病率為4.94%、發病率為10.69%，使用澳門2019年年終60歲及以上人口數據推算得出澳門目前失智症患者有6,000餘例，每年新發病患者1,000多例。結論：澳門社會將面臨失智症人口持續增加的嚴峻挑戰，建議未來應加強失智症的社區宣傳教育和篩檢工作，結合慢性病防治策略，以提高失智症診斷率及降低發病率。

Objective: To estimate the population of people with dementia in Macao and analyze the development trend for reference of policy development. Methods: Based on a meta-analysis model of the prevalence and incidence of dementia published by the Alzheimer's Disease International in 2015, the model was adjusted by using Macao's mid-term population data in 2016, and the prevalence and incidence were estimated according to the population data of Macao at the end of 2019. Results: The adjusted dementia prevalence of population aged 60 and above in Macao is 4.94% and the incidence is 10.69%. By using the population data of aged 60 and above at the end of 2019, it is estimated that there are currently more than 6,000 people with dementia and more than 1,000 new cases each year in Macao. Conclusions: Macao is facing a severe challenge of increased dementia population. It is recommended that future work be continued to promote community education and screen of dementia. These measures should be incorporated with prevention and control strategies for chronic diseases, multi-pronged approach to improve diagnosis rate of dementia and reduce the incidence.
