【摘要】
目的:瞭解護理學系學生對於產科護理關注內容,以便更好地實施科目教學。方法:為質性研究設計。使用開放性問題問卷調查兩屆二年級護理本科生,請學生寫下自己對於問題的回答。資料分析採用內容分析法。結果:共有125名學生參與了調查。學生對四個開放性問題的回答歸結為四個主題,分別為:不同產程的準確信息;他人的關心;懷孕前後期;不同妊娠階段的全面知識。每一主題包含數個次主題及若干編碼。研究顯示學生關注的孕產期護理內容非常廣泛,包含孕期保健、分娩資訊和產後護理,強調需要從繁雜的資訊中甄別正確信息。僅有少數學生認為在孕期中需要醫護人員的幫助,大多數學生相信孕產期最需要家人特別是丈夫的關心,認為在孕期前三個月和臨產前一個月需特別關注孕婦。結論:學生對於產科護理關注內容涉及面廣,體現了整體護理理念。與一般孕產婦相比,他們對於產科護理知識關注點和對待產科專業人員的態度有一定特殊性。這些發現對於產科護理科目教學內容和方法制訂有一定啟示。

Abstract:
Objectives: To explore the learning needs of Obstetric Nursing among undergraduate students for course teaching. Methods: This was a qualitative research design. A questionnaire containing open-ended questions was used among Year 2 undergraduate students for two consecutive years in a nursing college of Macau. The students were asked to write down their answers to the open-ended questions. Content analysis was used in data analysis. Results: Totally 125 students participated in the study. Four themes emerged, which included: the accurate information relating to different stages of pregnancy, support from others, the early and late stages of pregnancy, the comprehensive knowledge on healthcare involved in the whole pregnancy time. Each of the four themes contained several sub-themes and a range of codes. The codes and themes reflected various learning needs of the students, covering the wholehealthcare in pregnancyt time, laboring time, and postpartum time period. Students also emphasized the desire to receive accurate information from various sources. Only Aa small number of students expressed that they would not seek health providers' help if they were pregnant but whereas most of them hoped needed help and support from family members, particularly husbands. They regarded the first three months and the last month of pregnancy as the most vulnerable time for the pregnant women. Conclusion: Students were interested in gaining a range of knowledge and skills related to Obstetric care, demonstrating a holistic nursing perspective. Compared with lay people, nursing students showed interests in specific knowledge in Obstetric care and hold different attitudes towards healthcare providers. The study findings will be useful in developing teaching content and methods for the course of Obstetric Nursing.
