護理核心價值的塑造是護理教育的核⼼問題。在澳⾨鏡湖護理學院創校 100 周年之際，該校進⾏了⼀場關於護理核⼼價值本質的專題論壇 會議，除了論壇主持⼈以外，五位參與者為來⾃粵港澳三地的護理教育和護理管理⽅⾯傑出⼈⼠。討論內容涵蓋護理核⼼價值多個⽅⾯，包括核⼼ 價值內涵、核⼼價值塑造⽅法、以及核⼼價值表現形式。

The cultivation of vital nursing professional values among nursing students and young nurses is the fundamental issue in nursing education. On the 100th anniversary of the founding of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau, the college conducted a forum discussing the issues on nursing professional core values and the value development in both educational institutions and clinical settings. Along with the anchor of the forum was five participants who were outstanding figures in the nursing education and nursing management from the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau in China. The discussion covered a range of imperative areas concerning nursing professional core values, including nature of the core values, the value-oriented training strategies on campus and in clinical practice, and the manifestations of the core values.
