The historical development of specialized nurses in the mainland and its implications for Macao
【摘要】
本⽂透過摘述「澳⾨鏡湖護理學院創校百周年學術講座暨合作協議換⽂儀式」會議中中華護理學會吳欣娟理事長之發⾔回顧內地 專科護⼠ 20 年發展沿⾰，及介紹近年內地對卓越護理⼈才培養的探索路徑，為澳⾨專科護⼠培養與發展提供有價值的參考和啟⽰，冀能推 進澳⾨⾼級實踐護理的發展。

Abstract:
This article reviews the 20-year development history of specialized nurses in Mainland China and provides an overview of explorations in cultivating outstanding nursing talents in recent years by excerpting the speech delivered by Wu Xinjuan, President of the Chinese Nursing Association, at the "Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau 100th Anniversary Academic Lecture cum Exchange of Collaborative Agreement Ceremony". It offers valuable references and insights for the training and development of specialized nurses in Macao, with the aim of advancing the development of advanced practice nursing.
