合作共育—對澳門與內地合作培養護理博士研究生的思考和建議
Cooperation and co-cultivation — reflections and suggestions on cooperation between Macao and the mainland in doctoral students education in nursing
【摘要】
三十年來，順應社會發展的需要，澳門的高等護理教育取得了長足發展。本文重點回顧了澳門與內地護理教育合作起源，基於北京協和醫學院護理學院和澳門鏡湖護理學院的合作經驗，提出對澳門和內地合作發展護理博士研究生教育之建議，希望為澳門進一步完善高等護理人才培養體系提供參考。

Abstract:
Over the past 30 years, higher nursing education in Macao has made great progress in response to the needs of social development. This article reviews the origins of the cooperation between Macao and the Mainland in higher nursing education. Based on the experience of the cooperation between the School of Nursing Peking Union Medical College and the Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau, it proposes suggestions for the cooperation between Macao and the Mainland in the development of doctoral nursing education, hoping to provide references for Macao to further improve its higher nursing education system.
