採用質性研究探討安寧療護志願者首次志願服務的真實體驗，本研究共納入了北京市某醫院的安寧療護志願者團隊的11名安寧療護志願者，運用半結構式訪談進行資料的收集，最終提煉出壓力性體驗、安適性體驗、獲益性體驗以及壓力性體驗的應對策略四大主題。安寧療護志願服務能為安寧療護志願者帶來積極的影響，應該擴大安寧療護志願服務的宣傳力度;針對安寧療護志願者在首次志願服務中的心理壓力，安寧療護志願者組織應該提供系統化的支持和教育培訓。

The paper explored the authentic experience of the first-time volunteering service of the hospice volunteers with the qualitative research method. We have recruited 11 hospice volunteers from a hospice volunteering team in a hospital in Beijing, using semi-structured interviews and material collection to collect data. Four themes includingstressful experience, comfort experience, benefit experience, and coping strategies for stressful experiences were extracted finally. Hospice volunteering service can have a positive impact on hospice volunteers, so we should promote more publicity. Hospice volunteer organizations should provide targeted support and education for the psychological pressure of hospice volunteers in their first volunteering service.
